Abstract Submit Pdf Format

1. Title Page

Title Page অবশ্যই Abstract এবং Main Content থেকে আলাদা জমা দিতে হবে। এতে নিম্নলিখিত তথ্য থাকতে হবে:

• Title of the Poster: স্পষ্ট, সংক্ষিপ্ত এবং গবেষণার বিষয়বস্তুর সাথে সরাসরি সম্পর্কিত।
• Author(s): সকল লেখকের পূর্ণ নাম উল্লেখ করতে হবে। Corresponding author-এর নামের পাশে * চিহ্ন দিতে হবে এবং তার ইমেইল, বিভাগ/সাবজেক্ট, ইনস্টিটিউটের নাম ও পূর্ণ ডাকযোগ ঠিকানা উল্লেখ করতে হবে।

2. Abstract / Summary Requirements

• Word Limit: ১৫০-১৮০ শব্দ
• Structure: Abstract অবশ্যই নিম্নলিখিত অংশসমূহে সাজাতে হবে:
  1. Introduction
  2. Objective
  3. Methods
  4. Result
  5. Conclusion
• Keywords: ৫–৬টি কীওয়ার্ড উল্লেখ করতে হবে
• File Format & Naming (Recommended): Abstract অবশ্যই PDF ফরম্যাটে জমা দিতে হবে। ফাইলের নাম হতে হবে স্পষ্ট, যেমন:
  [FirstAuthorName]_Poster_Abstract.pdf

Co-author(s): Co-author name(s), affiliation(s), and email(s) must be typed sequentially below. 

নিচের ফরমেট অনুসারে গুগল ফর্মে Co-author(s) অংশ লিখবেন।

1. co-author name , Department of (your department name) Manarat International University, (your gmail)@gmail.com
2. co-author name, Department of (your department name) Manarat International University, (your gmail)@gmail.com

Google Form-এ Comment অপশনে “MIU CSE CLUB” উল্লেখ করতে হবে।

Sample Abstract Structure

introduction → Objective → Method → key findings → probable Results → Conclusion_ 


Introduction (Background & Context)

সংক্ষেপে গবেষণার সমস্যা বা  প্রেক্ষাপট উল্লেখ করুন।

(e.g., "The July Revolution emerged as a response to...").

Objective (Research Aims)

গবেষণার মূল উদ্দেশ্য স্পষ্টভাবে লিখুন।

(e.g., "This study examines the revolution’s causes, its demand for institutional reform, and...").

Method (Approach)

তথ্য সংগ্রহের সম্ভাব্য সোর্স ও ব্যবহারকৃত টুলস (যা আপনি পরে মূল পোস্টার এ ব্যবহার করতে চান) সংক্ষেপে উল্লেখ করুন।

(e.g., "Using historical documents, stakeholder interviews, and policy analysis...").

Key Findings (Discoveries)

যেসব ফলাফল  পাওয়া যেতে পারে বা সম্ভাবনা আছে। এরকম লজিক্যাল কিছু তুলে ধরুন।

(e.g., "The revolution redefined youth political participation, but exposed persistent institutional barriers...").

Probable Results (Expected Implications) → Optional

গবেষণা চলমান থাকলে সতর্ক ভাবে  সম্ভাব্য ফলাফল কি হতে পারে সেটা উল্লেখ করতে পারেন। তবে সেটা মনগড়া যেন না হয়। একটা লিমিটের মধ্যে বাস্তবসম্মত যেন হয়।

 (e.g., "Preliminary analysis suggests the movement may accelerate tech-driven governance if...").

Conclusion (Significance & Future Directions)

গবেষণার সামগ্রিক গুরুত্ব ও সম্ভাব্য প্রভাব উল্লেখ করুন।

(e.g., "This study underscores the revolution’s potential to foster democratic renewal, provided reforms X and Y are implemented").
